Thursday July 21st Temps here have been in the high 90’s with very high humidity.   Today we saw the first signs of a break.   Check our the photo galleries for more pics of the storm front. Thursday August 25th Football Season officially gets underway.  Freshman game at Decorah.   Dobson and I getting ready for to walk to the field. Saturday August 27th Thunder in the Valley Airshow.    We had VIP tickets for a very up-close view of the Air Force Thunderbirds. Sunday Sept 18th Darby is 8 weeks old and ready to come home.    Her full name is Darby Brooklyn Douglass  she is an AKC Boxer. Saturday Sept 17th Yearly Woodman picnic.   Great Food, Trap Shooting, Great Friends, a little rain, and giant fire ball fireworks! Tuesday Oct 18th Daycen and the 7th grade Union football team played their last football game of the season.   The ended the year undefeated ! Game time temp was 45 degrees.   Thursday Oct 20th Dobson and the Freshman football team played their last game against Vinton. They had a nearly perfect season and will be making headlines over the next 3 years to come.    Monday Oct 31st Union Middle School marching band lead the Elementry Kids in a Halloween Parade in Dysart.
